I "giardinetti del Lungomare", ora Giardini Mario Peragallo, hanno rappresentato storicamente per noi pegliesi un punto di incontro, dove gustare un gelato o semplicemente chiacchierare con un amico. Hanno perso nell' ultimo decennio la centralità per il restyling di Largo Calasetta dove è più facile organizzare feste, sagre e manifestazioni. Sono stati edificati alla fine del 1800 a ridosso del Palazzo Serasio e davanti al Grand Hotel Mediterranee.

Gardens, have historically represented a
meeting point where we
can enjoy an ice cream or
simply chat with a
friend. In the last
decade they have lost their
centrality due to the restyling of
"Largo
Calasetta" where it is
easier to organize
festivals and events. They were built at the
end of the 19th century close to
Serasio
Palace
and in front of the
"Grand
Hotel
Mediterranee".
